Exchange & refund

HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN PURCHASED ITEMS?

When you have collected the ordered items, you can exchange or return them within 14 days from the date of collection from the courier service. No reason has to be given for exchange or return. Just follow the following instructions:
– Items must be unused, undamaged and packed in the original packaging. Make sure they cannot fall out.
– Attach the original invoice and the completed form.
– Send to:

Departments: ONLINE sale, Tajovskog 4, 22300 Stara Pazova
– Transport costs incurred when returning or exchanging goods are borne by the customer.

The items you ordered through the GRUBIN ONLINE shop cannot be exchanged/requested for money on your own initiative in any of GRUBIN’s retail shops or sent to their listed addresses.

I. REPLACEMENT:
– exchange of an unused, undamaged and packed article in the original packaging is possible for a different colour or size, which you can specify on the form.
– if you want to exchange for another model, the exchange process is called RETURN (see steps for “RETURN”).
– immediately after the item arrives at our address, a replacement item will be sent within 7 working days.

II. RETURN:
– this supposes that you give up a purchase made remotely, outside our business premises, which you indicate on the form.
– only items that are unused, undamaged and packed in the original packaging may be returned.
– if you paid by card, the GRUBIN ONLINE shop is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the account of the card user at the seller’s request.
– if you paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be made to the account number you specify on the form.
– funds will be returned no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the form and the returned item.
– the amount of the refund is equal to the cost of the purchased item(s), without reimbursement of costs incurred for transport.
