HOW TO PAY

Pay securely with your chosen payment method in the GRUBIN online shop.

In the GRUBIN online shop, we offer the following ways to pay:

1. BY CARD
   – payment in advance, before the goods are packed and sent to your address.
   – we currently accept all types of payment cards.
   – when entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, following modern cryptographic standards. Data security during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd. The entire payment process is carried out on the bank’s website. Payment card information is not transmitted to our system at any time.
   – in case of returning goods and refunding a customer who has paid with a card, and regardless of the reason for the return, the GRUBIN ONLINE shop is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC or Maestro payment methods, which means that at the seller’s request, the bank will refund the funds to the account of the card holder.
2. On Delivery
   – payment to the courier upon delivery/collection of the goods at the specified address.

All payments are made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – the dinar (RSD).
VAT is included in the price.
