Article 1
This rulebook on the General Terms of Use of the Services of the grubin.rs web shop defines the basic rules to be observed by the GRUBIN ONLINE shop (hereinafter: the Seller) and the end user of the shop (hereinafter: the Customer) to ensure the successful completion of sales transactions via the grubin.rs web shop.
Article 2
Failure to comply with the rules defined here may cause the payment transaction to fail or the order to fail. The regulation also specifies the consequences that the Seller and the Customer bear in case of non-execution of a transaction or a failed order.
Article 3
The Seller reserves the right to change the terms of use depending on changes in the offer of its services and (or) the applicable legal regulations. The Customer must check the information related to business conditions before each purchase.
Article 4
All goods ordered through the Seller’s web shop are binding for the Buyer and the Seller at the same time, and cannot be cancelled or changed without the prior agreement of both parties.
Article 5
The Customer undertakes to follow the following steps when ordering goods through the Seller’s web shop:
– step 1 – product selection
– step 2 – quantity selection
– step 3 – checking the size chart
– step 4 – login and (or) entering personal data
– step 5 – review of all data, check, acceptance of General Conditions and orders
– step 6 – closing the order
– step 7 – collection of goods and payment by cash on delivery or payment card.
Article 6
All payments are made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – the dinar (RSD).
For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same at the exchange rate used by the card provider, which is unknown to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website. Thank you for your understanding.
Article 7
VAT is included in the price and there are no hidden costs.
Article 8
The order processing period is usually 5-7 working days. For all orders created on Fridays and weekends, the processing period begins on the first working day – Monday.
Article 9
The Seller cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen costs caused by delays in the delivery and collection of the ordered goods by the Customer. If the Customer provides incorrect personal data or e-mail address during the purchase process, the Seller cannot be held responsible for problems in the delivery or collection of the ordered goods.
Delivery of goods and possible restrictions:
- We try to send all orders within 7 working days of the day of processing the order. If a product is not available we will contact you to find the best solution. Orders placed during weekends and holidays are shipped on the first following business day.
- Deliveries are made every working day from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please ensure that there is a person at the address who can collect the shipment during that time. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a confirmation of the attempted delivery, which will include contact information and the time of the attempted delivery. After two failed delivery attempts, the shipment is returned to the sender. If the goods do not arrive within 7 working days from the day of confirmation of the purchase order, please contact us at shop@grubin.rs.
- The seller is not responsible for any inability to deliver goods to the customer due to circumstances for which the buyer is responsible (unavailability of the buyer, wrongly entered personal data of the buyer in the order form, etc.) Nor does the seller bear any costs in this regard.
Courier services and delivery costs
You can choose:

shipping costs: RSD 300.00 - DEExpress
shipping costs: RSD 400.00
For orders of two or more products, delivery is free, and will be delivered by the Bex courier service.

Article 10
All possible complaints will be resolved in accordance with the Rulebook on Handling Complaints. The court in Sremska Mitrovica is competent for all disputes between Seller and Customer that cannot be resolved by agreement and in the spirit of good business cooperation.
ONLY FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ON THE ONLINE SHOP www.grubin.rs:
I. Claims for damage in transport:
If during delivery, by the courier service, you notice visible damage to the transport packaging, do not sign for the receipt of the shipment, or ask the courier to wait until you check whether the damage to the packaging has caused damage to the item itself. If the item is not damaged, you can sign for receipt of the shipment.
II. Complaints about data or wrongly delivered item:
If, after receiving and opening the transport package, you find that the delivered item does not match the ordered item (size, colour, item itself…) or the information on the invoice is not correct, please follow these steps:
– within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, contact us via e-mail with your information (name, surname, phone number, your order number) to e-mail: shop@grubin.rs and describe your problem.
– you must take a picture of the delivered item, showing the defects. Attach it to the mail.
– download and fill in the complaint form
– pack the delivered item and the complaint sheet in the original packaging. Secure it against falling out.
– send it according to the instructions you will receive in the reply to your mail
III. Claims for damage caused while wearing the article:
if, as a result of wearing the article, you find that damage has occurred and you believe that it was caused by non-conformity of the article, i.e. due to material defects of the goods, please follow the following steps:
– download and fill in the complaint form
– pack the article/object of complaint and the complaint sheet. Secure it against falling out.

– within 8 working days you will receive a response from the Complaints Commission
– the response of the Complaints Commission consists of a decision on whether the complaint is accepted or not. If accepted, the answer contains a specific proposal and a deadline for resolving the complaint, which may not be longer than 15 working days.
– The Complaints Commission will reject the complaint if the defect in the item was caused by the customer, physical or chemical damage during the use of the item, improper maintenance of the item or inappropriate use of the item.
Article 11
In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who has paid by card, regardless of the reason for the return, the GRUBIN ONLINE shop is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will at the Seller’s request refund the funds to the account of the card holder.
Article 12
On behalf of the GRUBIN ONLINE shop, we undertake to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only necessary, basic data about customers/users and data necessary for business and user information in accordance with good business practice and with the aim of providing quality service. We give customers choices including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be removed from mailing lists used for advertising campaigns. All user data is carefully stored and is available only to staff who need this data to perform their work. All staff of the GRUBIN ONLINE shop are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
Article 13
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology.
Data security during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd. The entire payment process is carried out on the bank’s website. Payment card information is not transmitted to our system at any time.
